The 2021 NCAA men’s basketball tournament was one for the ages. Cinderella stories and juggernauts like Gonzaga and Baylor facing off on the biggest stage in college hoops. After a year without a tournament, the anticipation for this year’s tournament was palpable. The tournament certainly didn’t disappoint with moments like Jalen Suggs game-winning three pointer for Gonzaga versus UCLA, and Sister Jean willing Loyola Chicago to another improbable Sweet Sixteen appearance.

FCS Preseason All-American Evan Horn enters the NCAA transfer portal

By way of a tweet on Sunday night, former UNH defensive back Evan Horn announced that he will be entering the NCAA transfer portal and finishing out his final year of eligibility elsewhere. Horn was named to the STATS FCS Preseason All-American Third Team as well as the All-CAA First Team in 2019. This is another name on the long list of veteran defenders this program has seen walk out the door over the past year.
