UNH had the privilege to hold Post-Landfill Action Network (PLAN)’s first annual national conference, Students for Zero Waste held on Oct. 3rd and 4th.
At the conference, Dr. Paul Connett, author of “The Zero Waste Solution” and retired St. Lawrence University chemistry professor, was the opening act, the keynote speaker, addressing the main issues faced by PLAN.
The main goal of the conference was for students from all over campus and other campuses to come together to learn about the waste crisis and how they can work together to solve it.
