In a recent world surrounded by politics and ideals divided, election fashion has prevailed its way into the mainstream eye. Take recent 2024 Democratic Candidate Kamala Harris for example; sported out on the campaign trail with her designer “signature” pantsuits, coupled with shoulder pads and pearls to elevate a more professional outfit.

Harris’s main target this election was to attract young voters; and what better way to do so than through fashion expression? As this year has marched forth, camouflage has become all the rage; hats, shirts, pants, even accessories.

In efforts to attract this crowd through the means of fashion, Harris and Walz attested to the traditional “Make America Great Again” apparel from Donald Trump; and threw a Gen-Z twist splashed in orange letters and a trending camo design.

generations through means of fashion correlate to an increase in political attention? Harris has applied this technique to her campaign and has definitely created a new wave of VOTER APPAREL.
